Pros- 1. Good room for 2 people stay. Though we were a family of 3 people. 2. Manager was very helpful and a good listener. 3. Got my item delivered to home location as I forgot it while check out. Cons- 1. Extra mattress was of bad quality. 2. No quilt given for extra bed, had to ask for extra bed-sheet to use it as quilt. 3. Breakfast offered was just Poha and chai that too hotel is not having any in-house mess. They order from somewhere outside. 4. Parking was under maintenance and not available for use. 5. Entrance of property was fully blocked due to ongoing maintenance. 6. Property management should convey any left items in room immideately to customer, whereas I had to call them and ask for the same.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel ShivShakti. The affordable tariff initially caught my eye, but the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff exhibited exceptional cooperation and helpfulness. A delightful surprise awaited me during checkout – the breakfast I ordered was unexpectedly complimentary. Despite the slightly secluded location near the Central bus stand, my experience was nothing short of excellent. I would confidently give Hotel ShivShakti a rating of 4.5 out of 5. Helpful and Cooperative hotel staff.

Average hotel with okish room. There are many more better hotels in that immediate vicinity. I read the review and opted for this hotel but wasn't worth. The morning manager is good and courteous but rooms aren't clean. Not recommended to go with family

Overall Good hotel Room was clean Ac was working properly . Need Cleaning in Washroom. staff is supportive . We reached 2 hrs early still they allocated us room .
