    Unfortunately We will not be able to meet all unreasonable demands from the guest. We have tried our best. We do have our limitations. We provided extended service hours beyond our scheduled time limit and extended checkout of more than 2 ~ 3 hours without any additional charge to the guest. In fact a room is still being provided as we are writing this reply. There was absolutely no problem with the said air conditioner which have been immediately verified by our technical team. We still upgraded the room to keep things going while other guest have stayed in the same room for the night without any problem. We even provided room food service which is against our norm in order to attend their special request. Our in-room amenities are broken missing at checkout and yet no damage has been charged. Will not be able do anything more. Sorry...
