it was a great experience staying in this hotel. Rooms are very beautiful and staff is very friendly. They have a very good location right on the highway and the view from Hotel room is very pleasant. food service was very prompt. I had doubt before coming to jhalawar but, Hotel staff helped me exceptionally well. I will definitely come back on next visit to jhalawar. highly recommend to people who visit jhalawar for the first time 👌 Great location easily accessible to market and bus stand free wifi

Hotel rated very high on cleanliness with beautiful room interiors.I was very happy with service they provided in my room stay.it was so fabulous and absolutely recommended for all people.we enjoyed our stay and food quality was also fantastic.Staff was also so friendly and helpfull with a smile on face. we will definately come back. This is not a good Hotel to stay. As per my booking I booked Royal Suit but at the time of check in they denied to gave me Suit as per my booking. They already sold all suits on cash and after that they all are excusing me and give me dormantery against Suit. Lastly they gave me executive room against Suit. I think this is regular practice.

Wonderful Experience in Hotel. I am thankful for awesome service by hotel staff. I have visited various hotels in jhalawar but here my experience was the best. Flawless room service and beautiful clean rooms. I will surely visit hotel jai palace next time I'm in the city. thanks once again. value for money.

One of the best hotel in jhalawar. Nice room and bathrooms. hotel room and lobby is very clean. bedsheets and towels were fresh. Room is and spacious. specifically thanks to staff for excellent service and humble nature. Thank you hotel jai Palace for comfortable stay. will come back soon.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

very good hotel rooms on the main location in jhalawar on main road. Rooms were neat and clean and bathroom was very clean which I loved the most. Staff is very humble and helpful,Lift was working properly everything was nice, peaceful staying in this hotel

This is a decent place to stay!! It's located on the main road to its easy to approach, the rooms were neat and clean. Bathroom had hot running water!! what else do one require for a peaceful stay?

The room was decent but I feel it's overpriced. The hot water pipe didn't work! Could have been better with overall ambience. Otherwise, it's close to Jhalawar Railway station (max 10-15 mins).

The experience was good. we had some wash basin problems on the first day but the staff changed our room for the next day. Cleanliness can improve but staff behaviour is very good. amazing stay

Nice hotel, right on the highway. only problem is that there is no lift and the hotel rooms is on 2nd floor. I have told that th lift work is under process. Otherwise good to stay.

first of all its not a hotel..it's just a lodge.. in winters i asked them for hot water and they said they have solar system only.. so if no sun no hot water.. pathetic
