Jal Sparsh River Shack Resort

resort is easily accessible and located just near the river. View from the room was awesome. Tent rooms are very small. only one restaurant they have which is located far from the rooms. They also have restaurant setup inside the resort but it's not functional. Restaurant service needs lot of improvement. They dnt turn up to the table for 15-20min don't even acknowledge someone is calling or not even provide menu card. At last we left the place and went to other nearby restaurant for lunch. Same scene for hi tea. Anup the manager of restaurant is co operative though. on complaining about the service he tried to improve the service for us. Karoke is arranged for Saturday evening which was good. Overall Good stay.

this worst service ever the room was excellent but everything else was pathetic the service or lack there off is an example of the worst service in the hospitality industry the resort has not advertised clear that they don't have in room dinning had to walk down to the restaurant to place and order for starters as no one answers the phone due the breakfast we were forced to sit for 30 before someone attended to us for the complementary but extremely pathetic breakfast the restaurant prioritises outside customer over paid customer staying at the property

despite reserving a superior river view room, the experience totally fell short of expectations. the windows, offering insufficient privacy even during the day, were paired with short curtains that failed to block external views. consequently, i opted for an upgrade to the premium river side room, incurring an additional charge. while the room boasted a bathtub and a balcony, on a positive note, the view was good, food was satisfactory, and the staff was polite.

Hotel with a good view. However, they need more activities. The money paid for the room wasn't worth it. The hotel service was very bad. They didn't have toilet essentials in the room. They didn't provide us towels even after requesting for it twice. Food tasted decent. The quantity of starters is less for the money we pay.
