the concept and the infrastructure is amazing, too good, relaxing a perfect getaway.receptionist ma'am needs lot of improvement mistaken us for someone else at first.. then confused for what room package we selectedthen asked that when will we pay the room tariff now or at the check out and placed the qr code infrontwe already paid completely and the tariff she was asking was 3k more than what we paid. again she asked us about the luggage where is it type?after car parking the luggage is taken by the guards and was said that it will be directly taken to the room, you go have fun in the boat ride. just after the boat ride we were dropped in front of a reception where this lady took off the joy momentarily like there's no track of the luggage which was sent before us. then she was forcing us to have lunch immediately..when we reached the room there was no hot water, i called reception the same lady picked up and said it'll come in 30 minfineeven after 2 hrs no hot water.rather i called again then a guy picked up the call, he immediately sent a guy to our room n some minor issue with the pipeline was there he sorted it out and we got a good hot water..i mean my all complaints are regarding that receptionist lady..rest all are soo goodall the staff are so helpful, fun, enhancing the joy wherever we golots of activities beautiful natural scenery cleanliness was also top notch. a must visit place.

a hidden paradise in nature’s lap! if you’re looking for a peaceful escape surrounded by nature, jalsrushti island in mulshi is the perfect getaway. from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and excellent hospitality. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing — always polite, attentive, and quick to respond. the cottages are beautifully designed with a rustic charm, blending seamlessly with the lush greenery and serene surroundings. waking up to the sounds of birds, the cool breeze, and a view of the lake was truly refreshing. it felt like a private island experience, far away from the chaos of city life. the food was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and served with care. whether it was sipping tea by the water or enjoying a quiet evening under the stars, every moment here was pure leisure. highly recommend jalsrushti to anyone looking to unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy some quality time in peace. will definitely be visiting again!

Staff is very clueless for any request. We ordered extra blanket which took 2 hours to be delivered. They provided complimentary candle light dinner for which decor was fab but the sitting arrangement was very poor along with lot of big size mice roaming around. We refused the candle light and had dinner at regular place. We found early morning music is not required. We loved the peaceful and calm nature it has offered but the music in the morning was breaking that silence.

This resort is truly amazing..it's located between the river and loads of greenery present. room is best and gives the feeling of staying in the jungle. The food is Tasty and the hospitality is awesome , Thanks for some awesome photo click and take care of the birthday Celebration 🎉. Ek baar Jana to banta hai yanh !!room is really Nice and all the staff are helpful. they have arranged the cake and it was really yummy.
