This is the worst place. First the Google link stops at bus stand advising the destination arrived. Second when I call the hotellier that reply comes "this phone is not in service". Than contacted *** helpline and after providing alternate number reached hotel. And what a hotel ? Can u imagine a guest house with no reception counter, no room boy, no attendant, no proper entry. Can you imagine a room with no mirror, no place to put your luggage. Can you imagine a bathroom without toilet sheet and wash basin. Now imagine what will be the stay experience in such a guest house. Above all no room service bell or no telephone. Each and every time, you want any service, you have go downstairs and than no room boy. Worst stay of my life. only plus point, it is near bus stand..

Extremely basic accommodation and facilities. Service is prompt provided you can get hold of someone. Conveniently located near the bus stand, the main temples and the Gokarna beach. The eatery downstairs serves good breakfast. But make sure that you carry mosquito repellants. The room was swarming with mosquitos in the night and no mosquito coil or mosquito net was provided.

Value for money. Hotel was clean. Best for bachelors travelling to Gokarna. 3 people can stay in a single room comfortably. With each room you get an attached balcony where you can experience the greenery outside. Location is beside the Main KSRTC bus stop. You will get all the necessary shops in 2 mins walking distance.

I was charged 500 for a room. The Room only has a double bed, mattress, and pillows. You'll not find any entertaining electronics like TV, Audio Player etc. The bathroom is not very well maintained but if you're on a solo trip, You can easily adjust.

its good but they are very money minded also the room is small but its ok to live for 1 day . but prefer it if you want to go for weekday in weekend they will charge you extra and no wifi ,table , chair or other annimty

The worst hotel I had ever visited. The rooms are stinking, the flush does not work in the washroom, the washrooms are dirty. Hot water is also charged. Miserable experience.

Too bad facility, was not good, we ranned around rooms for hot water. When we entered lodge room was not available it was given to someone else.
