Dear Sir, I am writing these words with lot of pain. Showing a small scar on the bed sheet the Manager has demanded Rs.2000/- to replace the bedsheet. But due to my train timing, I asked him not to behave like that with the guests. They behaved in very bad manner and finally ready to threaten me also. Finally they collected Rs.1000/- from me. Kindly talk to them . I was very much felt bad due to the misbehaviour of hotel staff with the guests and collecting Rs.1000/- from me by showing a small scar on the bed sheet

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family for two days, and it was a peaceful experience. The hotel matched the pictures perfectly and is conveniently located about 100 meters from the main road, which helps avoid the noise from traffic. Mr. Ashwak at the reception was particularly charming, making our check-in quick and pleasant. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, especially compared to similar options that charge over 1.5 times as much.

absolutely no service . they asked to contact receptionist for service by dialling 9 from room fitted phone. but in our 2 rooms that phone never worked. in a district hqrs we spent 6500 for single night for 2 rooms but never came , even to bring water. when they are priced at par with metros, their services also should match.
