A really bad experience to have. Snails were rolling out from the bed sheets.Proper hygienic soaps and shampoos were provided.The bedsheet had burns of cigarettes.The air conditioner was not working at all even at a min temperature.Really poor service (Was denied warm water at 11 a.m).Had to call multiple times just for the water and even had to go once just for the water.I had to stay one more day but just because of the experience, I decided to check out today. Really devasted having such kind of experience.

the size of the room was very small, probably we were given a lower grade of room instead of what was booked, while what we see in the images were quite spacious and with a small couch to sit and rest, we being old people got extremely uncomfortable as we didnot have any proper space and change in sitting to rest

room doesn't have cupboards, kettle, only serve 01 water bottle for 02 persons, false addition in the bill
