Sirumalai is a good place for enjoying the nature. But this JMA Garden Resort gave very worst experience. No maintenance, no service. They have a dirty kitchen. no options for food. what they feed, we have to accept. food is very costly. but no taste. they charged extra too. No room service. No intercom. No network coverage. every time you have to walk to the manager's area and ask for the service. Being a hill station, water heater is must. they hold the main control and they operate it by morning time only. in most of the rooms, heater didn't work. Overall very worst experience. do not recommend to others. but loved the Sirumalai.

Worsr service. Here are the sequence of events 1. For dinner they said that the kitchen will be closed by 9.30 pm but closed it around 9 Pm itself 2. They said that their card swipe machine is not working for transaction 3. They wanted only cash for the foods since these bills are not actual bills with GST 4. Main gate of the property is locked at 9.30 pm. there is no particular mention of this practice in the hotel rule. 5. Absolute cayos started with the reception. 6. No friendly staff. 7. Foods are not served in Rooms

Good Ambience and location.. Room and toilet was new and clean. Food taste good. worth for money.. no intercom phone (however reception can be contacted through mobile), Room service is quite delayed. No bed coffee available in Morning.. Food cost bit more, compared to quantity.. As a family visitor, Resort is very friendly and secured.. Good experience.

horrible place to stay, we paid for 14 beds, room for 8 member accommodation has been like a cow shed. filled with cement mud all over. hospitality was zero, when spoken to the manager Karthik. he was keen on selling other room that too at additional cost of 1500. for total beds of 14 we were given only 10 beds. please don't stay here. not a worthy place.

very poor service, didn't provide any soap, shampoo, body wash, towel etc, saying that they don't have stock and rooms gave us next to garbage, rooms provide us as it's not a resort it's like some local lodge, we're it's not worth to pay Rs. very bad experience we, had wasted our money.

no pics to share because cons are more than the pro. 1. only pro - is the location and size of the room cons 1. they denied room service 2. smelly bedsheet 3 .smelly bathroom 4. horrible tv service 5.no wifi 6.no toiletries and towel was provided 7. food was worst

Nice stay.. good ambience..hill top.. November to Jan good season.. staffs are helpful... experiencing the fog atmosphere from night till morning 10 am is very nice..local buses are available from Dindigul ( last bus at 6.30 pm)

worst service and infrastructure. they provided food which they have prepared two days before. The caretaker and in charge response was very rude and they charged extra money for food as well.

I am happy stay at JMA resorts, location and climate are excellent but resort bathroom not convenient and food not up to the mark and also very expensive food.

Only room is good... No Electricity power whole day.. run in UPS only.. back is low.. often without power supply...
