All the essential and indicated amenities were in place and functional. Hot water through Geyser was available round the clock. Had a balcony facing the highway. Bathroom was clean and neat. Nothing to complain. Ideal for a weekend stay. Parking for cars and 2wheelers available. Reception staff was friendly and helped me get a acting driver for the local sightseeing. Receptionist was also flexible and kind enough to accommodate a few extra hours during check out as I did very late check in although it depends on the availability of the rooms. higher than the price indicated in the Hotel reception and so it is better to check the fare with Hotel directly through Phone before booking

Worst experience…We booked and got confirmation mail, we booked two days before with price but they called us and asked us to cancel the booking since it’s a weekend they can give for other for high price… They gave reason as renovation under progress, but offline they were providing room…. They could have tell us directly- some mistake on price amount and would have told their price but they give different reason as renovation… finally after few calls they have re funded the amount… we spent extra 2 hrs to get a room on weekend days….

We were informed that our stay was shifted to Joldal Residency. It was easy to locate. Super clean rooms and washrooms. Well maintained bedsheets and other accessories. Staff was very polite and responded quickly. The other interesting part was the complimentary breakfast which was provided on-time and the taste was also upto the mark. Overall very pleasant stay, would recommend to all types of travellers.

We had booked a deluxe double bed room for 3 but only 1 bed was provided. Upon questioning, it was told that it's applicable only for AC rooms. Doesn't make sense on how AC/Non AC is a differentiator. The rooms were not bad and the bathroom cleanliness was average. But I still believe this hotel didn't stand by its policy and charged extra but didn't provide the facility.

Clean Room with balcony. clean bathroom with Hot water within 5 minutes. recommended for all people. parking also available. meeting rooms available. Bar and restaurant attached on 3rd floor. Location is beside the Main Road before HP petrol station. Room are very clean and enjoy the view

The location is excellent as it is on the main road going towards Mullyangiri. Only issue is the morning service was little late as no coffee shops nearby. Otherwise the hotel as such is a good option. I opted for AC Family Room which had 2 queen beds so we could manage easily.

Good: cleanliness, parking, restaurant and bar. Things to note: They didn't provide tooth brush and paste. AC was not working in our room, but manager insisted that it is working. However, we got a different room with working AC after some arguments.

water was hard, it’s not good for hair and skin, water heater was very slow, ac was not working, there is no one at the reception always, need to call them which they don’t answer at all 4/10 experience

The hotel was located in the main city so it was good and it was a nice view point. The staffs were good with their services but the concern was with geyser, as it was not working properly.
