We booked this hotel for family stay. It is one of the top hotels available in Dhule. Clean, tidy, spacious rooms. All requests were served well by the staff regarding extra blankets, working of TV/AC, dental kit. Also they were kind to allow late check out. Food was the best thing in the hotel and fine dine quality. Loved every bit of it. Check in was smooth and the person carried luggage to the room. Only issue we found was cleanliness of the washroom next to restaurant Oregano. Though the washrooms are nicely made it was stinking badly at the entrance of the restaurant. Rest all was fine. Would like to see kids play area in future as there was ample space in the hotel.

Dhule was a pitstop as we were traveling from Delhi to Pune via Bhopal and I'm glad we decided to stay here for the night and the next morning. The food was of excellent quality and taste. The staff members at the restaurant were extremely courteous. Though we were not on time, they served a la carte food to us and kept asking if we needed anything more. Plus point, they have baby high chairs due to which it was easier for me to feed my 1 year old and at the same time I could eat properly. Thanks for giving us an amazing experience.

I booked The Jhankar Palace Hotel double occupancy room for one night. The location of the hotel is quite near the highway and is convenient for someone who is just travelling through the city and needs a room for night stay. Even though the room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t up to the standard. Food was tasty and fresh. Would recommend if someone is looking at property away from city traffic and easily accessible.

i paid for the double room with b/f, compared to such high price accommodation was very average, as room size was very small for small village of dhule and room didn't have fridge, tea kettle was given only when we asked, ac was switched off from outside, after complaining it was switched on. at such high price will never book this hotel, instead nearby golden leaf hotel is way betterbreakfast was very average

Good ambience, excellent service, room service issues were resolved promptly. Manager at reception named Bhushan is very polite and prompt in service. Restaurant is amazing - great food, service, ambience. Breakfast buffet is good with a decent variety. Waiters are very polite and prompt too - especially a restaurant staff called Vishal gave very good service. Would recommend Jhankar Palace.

A great place to stay with nice ambience i just guess if the locality would not have been Dhule the rentals of the property deemed to sky rocket. As well organised staff with great culture of 5star hotels even many 4 star hotels doesn't provide such a warm welcome and guest comfort. Many kudos to the staff and the management
