JuSTa Sarang Rameshwaram

JusTa Sarang Hotel falls short of expectations for a premium stay. Despite its name, the rooms are average, with smelly carpet flooring and an AC that barely cools. Service is slow, with staff at evening time showing little interest in guest needs. The front office lady at morning and watchman were the only highlights with neat behavior and service. Unfortunately, the overall experience does not justify the cost or the "premium" label.

The hotel has a very positive ambience. The staff are very eager to help. Restaurant has lots of veg options. There is ample parking space. Room was neat and clean. We opted the twin beds option. Two single beds that will fit one person. I would recommend it. Its about 2km from the temple and is walkable if you don't mind the Sun much. But we took auto and its Rs.100/- per trip to the temple or back.

just a sarang rameshwaram is a very nice hotel. we stayed with family including senior citizens and a minor child. they have facilities and amenities considering all age groups. the staff is very cooperative, always smiling, ready to help making the experience even much better. food is also good, homely and hygienic. we loved our stay and would recommend the hotel to others too. thankyou

very nice property. Less no. of staff but they make every possible effort to make your stay pleasant one. very courteous and helpful staff. The property is located near the entry toll gate. spacious rooms.
