Juststay Paradise

The overall experience was just bad. Our ETA was a couple hours later than the check in time so decided to give them a call and let them know. I called on the property's numbers where one of the numbers weren't picked up and the second number was picked up by a guy and in a very annoyed tone he said okay and mentioned not to bother him over call again. That made me wonder if we should contact goibibo and cancel the booking and book a different hotel but then, we decided to go check the hotel physically. When we reached the hotel, we realised the location was decent and the view was nice so decided to stay there given we got a good deal in terms of price. The room itself was very dull, nothing in terms of amenities. Most of the lights did not work. No bottles, glasses, Soap, nothing was provided. After multiple requests, they provided one towel for 2 people. Now, let me drive the review towards the services which was the biggest pain point. We asked them for water bottles and were ready to pay to which they denied saying they didn't have bottles available. We asked for some evening snacks which we eventually cancelled after 1.5 hours of waiting and following up twice. We asked them for water glasses which I had to go pickup from the kitchen after 1 hour since my request. There was no electricity in between 8PM to 9AM next day. Even though they had genset available, they didn't turn it on. Next day:We asked for 2 cups of tea at around 7:45AM to which they denied saying it's too early. However, they got us the cups of tea (lukewarm) at around 8:35AM. All our Service requests were once again denied as usual.Once again, there was no electricity between 7PM till 8AM next day.The property is no doubt a very good option at the price it is listed for, however, services, hospitality and attitude is where they largely lack. Day 1 was fine, however, on the next day of our booking, there was a big croud of midaged men occupying 2 rooms on the ground floor who occupied all the common facilities and were drunk enough to keep staring at the women staying in the facility.

juststay location is good, staff service is below average, basic things in rooms are not available (towel, shop etc). food is good only if you like home food. Food options are very limited. Even nearby you can find only limited food options. No network for Airtel users. Only jio networks were good. During our stay wifi of Juststay is not working. complementary Breakfast mean- only one parantha or one omlette per person that's it everything else will be paid. Bonfire they charged Rs. 500 per day for 2 hrs only. Sukanda devi mandir is 30 min drive from juststay. echo parks are 15 min away.

I recently stayed at Juststay Paradise and had an exceptional experience! The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the beauty of nature. The highlights of my stay included: - Friendly and helpful staff - Delicious breakfast options - Comfortable bed and pillows - Modern and clean facilities - Great value for the price I would highly recommend Juststay Paradise to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I can't wait to come back and stay again!

It is a decent stay on the Bend Curve Road. The stay is being newly acquired by new owner and they are improvising the stay. Currently it's a decent stay, it offers good stay and good Breakfast. Don't expect much of any luxury but stay justifies the price we are paying. Good deal.
