The room is decent and so is the overall Hotel structure. However, there were definitely areas that could do with improvement. One, the bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were just so uncomfortable to sleep on. We requested better pillows, and even they caused pains in the neck. Two, the dinner buffet spread was quite huge, but nothing was great. It was average quality but insane variety. On the plus side though, the staff is superbly courteous and kind. There is a walking area outside which is amazing for a nice evening stroll. The view from the room is amazing, with an excellent window to the forest right outside. And the breakfast buffet was pretty good both in terms of taste and spread. As a couple, it's overall an average stay, nothing spectacular. And I felt that it was not overall worth the money spent.

It was my best stay ever. Room was perfect. Best ambience and enough space. We visited JW Marriott for birthday celebration on 22/02/2021 and we really enjoyed our stay.We also tried dinner buffet which was also nice. Catering services was so kind and generous.I wanted to mention about Mr. Prathamesh who is so helpful and kind. He arranged a birthday cake(best chocolate mud cake ) at 12 am. When I asked to one of the manager at JW Kitchen to arrange a cake at 12 am there was not a positive response from him.But Prathamesh made our day. Thank you for your service. I would recommend my friends, colleagues and family members to make it as the first option to stay in Bangalore until and unless they are not staying at my place ;)Regards,Pradeep Kumar YadavCatering service is kind and room ambience is romantic.

Pleasant and prime location, JW sits right next to the prime most spot of Bengaluru I.e. UB City. The place is beautiful in terms of architecture and amenities it offers. The suites have all what one would need for a luxury stay. The staff is very nice, helpful and extremely courteous. Not to miss the food ..the breakfast is rich and offers so many choices :) with no compromises on the taste aspect. I had awesome experience 5 stars. Highly recommended !

i took one beer and one pringles from mini barwhile checking out, when the staff checked mini bar, another jar of something was already open. even though the hotel didn't charge me for that jar, i didn't like the looks i got .the staff shud hav checked all the jars before checking me in. me being guest, is not going to do their job. my biggest disappointment was the looks i got.

Best part of this hotel is its location, as it is located vary close to Calangute beach and a swimming pool inside the hotel. Other than that this hotel fails in all aspects. Service is worse, you have to wait till eternity to get even a simple tea!!! That too time restrictions are there! Food options are also like that...

excellent breakfast and stay.! Great ambience . The spice terrace was really good place to hangout by the pool side, stayed there almost all night.! All amenities were available as claimed in the rooms

Stay was very good But avoid Sunday dinner as the restaurant was overcrowded. Breakfast was excellent. Will especially recommend the filter coffee in brass cup. Out of the world taste Nothing

Had an amazing new year celebration, The rooms were clean and comfortable, We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Uno restaurant, breakfast was good, new years Eve party was unforgettable.
