The charges you are talking about, it is actually the DSDA TCAC (Digha Sankarpur Development Authority Tourist Civic Amenity Charges) Rs- 10.00/- per head, which is charged for per head per entry as you can see in TCAC receipt. I also show you the Govt. notice regarding the charges. If you still have any doubt regarding this charges, you can inquire in the DSDA office or Digha Police Station. Hope I can resolved your problem.
