I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kailas Hotel, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is perfectly located with breathtaking views of the Ellora Caves mountains from its garden, making it a serene and picturesque place to stay. The property is well-suited for families, being both children- and elder-friendly. The staff and service were exceptional, always courteous and attentive to our needs. The hotel’s location is a major highlight. Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the twelve sacred Shivaji Jyotirlingas, is just a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, the world-famous UNESCO heritage site of Ellora Caves is only a 2-minute walk from the resort. This proximity makes it incredibly convenient for pilgrims and tourists alike. Overall, I would rate my stay a perfect 10/10. I highly recommend Kailas Hotel to anyone planning to visit this beautiful and historic region !!

Very conveniently located. Walking distance from Ellora Caves. Walking distance from Shri Ghrishneshwar Jyotirling Temple. The hotel has beautiful garden at the back side from there you can view the full mountain which has the caves. Courteous staff. Excellent ambience. Very safe and clean place for stay with family. The only thing negative I can say is that room charges per night appeared on higher side.... Unable to comment on quality of food in their restaurant which also appeared overpriced. However you have plenty of places just outside hotel where you can have meals at reasonable price. Hotel has good space for parking. I would certainly recommend stay in this hotel to my friends - except for slightly higher room charges which hotel management may consider revising downwards if pissible.

The location of the resort and the personal attention by the management is what gets the resort 5 stars. Though there are minor shortcomings, the ambience, location, staff, make up for everything one would expect to enjoy in a quaint beautiful surrounding. Overlooking a few of the Ellora caves, the lawns are inviting to enjoy a lovely breakfast or an evening cuppa tea. The cottages are big, very clean and the small sit-out gives one a little privacy to enjoy a nice meal sitting right outside ones cottage. The one and only shortcoming i would point out is the closing of the kitchen btwn 10 - 10.30pm. For a place as beautiful as this a late kitchen is a blessing when we are with friends. kailas hotel, is a stone throw distance from ellora caves and in near proximity to ghrigneshwar jyotirlinga. it has huge premises with ample parking and garden. it has non-ac,ac rooms, cottages, cottages facing ellora caves. kids can enjoy rides as they have kids play area as well. WiFi coverage is limited to open area. even airtel and Vodafone coverage is feeble in rooms. jio has full and good coverage. they have exhaustive menu for food, but bit costly. hot water is only available in showers. staff is very co-operative and supported well for 1.5 yr old baby requirements. last order for food could be placed by 2130 hrs and outside you would not get good options in nearby if it gets late.

Hotel Kailas is at great location, 10 min walk to Grishneshwar temple and 2 mins walk to Ellora Caves entry gate. Hotel has very good Cabins which is covered with lush green large trees. We can see Ellora caves right from garden. We did not try food due to timings but they have Veg+NonVeg+Bar. Hotel has parking outside which can accommodate about 20 cars. Manager/POC is very good an helpful. gave us room 1 hr before check-in time as it was available. Overall loved the hotel and surely will stay here again.

The hotel was really beautiful and just beside the Ellora caves, so we were sitting in the lawn of the hotel itself and it was having wonderful view of the caves. The food was also nice. The owner lady of this hotel was really helpful and friendly. The cost was on a higher side little. But we loved our stay here. This hotel was really connected with Bengali people, as feluda movie was shooter here. So we had to go here. This place is awesome.

The property is at very good location, 200 mitre from Ellora Caves and 900 mitres from Grishneswar Mahadev temple. It has an inhouse restaurant and bar. Food is good. Rooms are quite good and big(rock cottage for AC rooms), fitted with solar geysers. They have generator for powerbackup, garden for kids and most important the views are awesome. Must recommended. Also they have a large parking.

Excellent property and perfect in monsoons! Ellora caves is literally next to it so that's very convenient. Initially we were NOT getting hot water in the washroom but with the help of staff member, that was sorted. Another point to note is their restaurant is veg non-veg so if you're looking for pure veg restos then go near Grishneshwar temple. The location, serenity and service.

Awesome stay and best place to stay in the area.. We reached late at night and yet they were cooperative.. The Hotel is the Bestest thng.. The rooms are spacious and clean.. The view is awesome.. The breakfast was yummiest.. Staff - cooperative.. Best stay during the entire trip.. 😊 The most reasonable deal thru goibibo.. 😊 Everythng was worth it.. 😊

It's a beautiful resort with ample space and a beautiful seating area. Cottages are spacious with a balcony. Perfect for a family with kids. Ellora is hardly 100m & Grishneshwar temple is around 500m from the resort. Food is delicious as well. Huge garden & lots of swings for kids to enjoy the vacation.

it's a great place, they serve food outside the room in the porch as well as in the garden area which is great. The room is spacious and most importantly the location is 5 minutes walk from the caves. Due to the perfect location we could enjoy sunrise and scenic view of caves in the morning.

The property is amazing and very well located from the caves and the temple. the staff is courteous and the owner very nice the open space overlooking the caves is a big positive, natural beauty preserved and we even found animals lazing around in the open areas
