If there is option for giving 0, then i used to give 0 because, i didn't feel that i have stayed in deluxe room, it is like a normal room. Room is not having bathroom kit means in morning i saw that they didn't gave a hand wash, no intercom, No TV recharge available, bathroom is smelling, requested for room heater but not given, many more things that i observed while staying.

charging for water. when asked for normal RO water.. they said it is not available right now.. booked ac room but no ac... I didn't like the service at all...

over all good place but guest need to carry all basic things. don't expect those things rest staff and food is good.

very bad service, staff is very arrogant. Bedsheet is not clean. Ac is not working properly.

No room service for water. Towels not provided. Pillow covers were filthy.
