Kamal Residency by Dhiraya Hotels

Have no clue from where to start. Everything was so amazing starting from check in to check out and during entire stay. Hotel is newly built and amazing maintance , very clean and neat. Ambiance is very good. Rooms are VERY Clean. Best part i loved about this hotel is they have used all branded accessories in rooms and not local ones like all other hotels do for cost saving. This hotel managment is really there to make your trip amazing. Now on food > Food quality is good but it seems they are cooking for foriegners only. Means not spicy. First day i had this but on second day i requested for making it little spicy and it was perfect food. So if you need little spciy ask them or else it will be less spicy.Food quality is good and room service also good. Location . Best part its at starting of Naddi with amazing views to nature from my room. My room number was 305.If you need views then plan accordingly and might have to spend couple of bucks more to get super deluxe rooms. Free Wifi > This is not available in rooms but restricted to Recpetion and food area. But this should not be big thing. Only negative part which i felt is HOT WATER. Though Its 24hrs hot water supply, but problem is since they are using SOLAR panel so when you open tap it takes around 10mts for hot water to start.Means if you suddenyl wants to go for hand wash then its cold water. Now i know where to stay every time when i go to Mcleoad ganj.

I am really satisfied with the outstanding experience our family had at this hotel. Few aspects worth mentioning are :- 1. Accommodation - Really good rooms with beautiful interiors and spacious toilets with all required fitments. No complaints whtsoever. total paisa vasool. 2.Food and room service - amazingly fast response by the room service staff and good tasting food which is reasonably priced. tried it twice . 3. Courteous Staff - really nice and well mannered entire staff ...right from the bell boy , the security gaurd , to the reception and to the housekeeping staff. All were really helpful and polite. **great time with family **

The experience was nice as we were only for the night in kamal residency, we got a nice room after seeing the 3 rooms, which we didn't like as they needed little fixtures . The rooms are spacious , the bed has ample space, and the balcony view was awesome. They provided breakfast but the service was very slow it took one and a half hours to finish the breakfast. If you are with family , don't believe the staff, that they will give you the best room. Before check in asked them to show us the room. They allow us an hour extra for check out.(As we wasted time during breakfast) Overall it was a nice experience

It was a wonderful stay at Kamal Residency The location of the Hotel is at Naddi Village near to sunset point and it gave a feel that we are on top of mountain. Its better located as compared to those hotels located near to Bhagsu Nag area which is highly congested. We were provided a room on the top floor and the valley view from room was very good and so is the hills view from wide open common balcony. The food was very good on a very economical price... Parking was provided but bit congested. Would definitely love to stay at Kamal Residency.
