1. Prime location. Convenient to access local transport and travel. 2. Staff are helpful. Most of them are polite. 3. Food service is very good and tasty. 4. WiFi and intercom facility is must for staying more than one day. If they implement this, they have 5 stars in all aspects. 5. Clean room. However, need to change the bedsheets etc. every day. A little more professional nuances and facilities would elevate their standards.

Pros:1. Good quality food Cons:1.Intercom facility provided only after lengthy arguments to a 3bed executive room 2. No power backup. Night power cut more than 1/2 an hour but generator not operated during the period 3. Old model AC provided to a room costing more than Rs.2900/-per a night. Except food everything is not worth to the costs. Hence a worst lodge in the coastal line

the room was exactly as shown in picture. we had taken a non AC room but the facilities were all good. the hotel is right next to highway and has many hotels nearby. the washroom was clean and they also provided the basic things like towel, brush and soap. Something which surprised me was that the TV was indeed working and the dish was also recharged.

It was a nice stay, the hotel is well maintained, it needs some finishing touch but it's nice for a relaxed vacation. It's next to honnawar mangroove walk and sharavati river back waters. Perfect centre place to go gokarna and murdeshwar , as it's in the centre.

Not worth the price. I stayed for two days with no change in bedsheets. Asked for the towel and complimentary water for the next day not provided even after reminder. Food is also not great. The only benefit is on the highway if you have your own vehicle.

Just to be more vigilant on maintenace... Our cold water tap was Jam... Also flush lever had to be pushed and then lowered in any direction... The cost of 1300 plis GST is high enough as per location and with such service it shud have been 800 plus GST

Fully avoid if you can! Choose this hotel if you want to be transporte back 30 years with the kind of plumbing, electrical, furniture, rooms fittings with AC leaking all the water in the room. Only positive it is by the highway.

the stay was not so good . no hot water kettle was provided. also no intercom for ordering . tea was not served in the room in the morning. toilet seat was old. overall it didn't give the comfort for the money spent

I strongly say not to stay here. Worst food, no hygiene at all. I visited many places but this is the one which I had really a worst experience. Rooms are not clean, no proper management

no cleanliness worst food in hotel and hotel prices is too high as I stayed with many hotel comparatively and no complimentary breakfast try to upgrade food quality
