The hotel is one of the best in class stay and fooding is also very delicious. The staff are very cooperative. They had also allowed me to stay for long fir just mere charges as my Train was late in evening which was really appreciable. Pintu Ji cooperate me alot in doing so. The stay is memorable for me. Amitesh Kr Roy. The total hospitality being provided by the Hotel Staff. Caring Doorman who looks after children and me as guest for arranging Erickshaw and Auto.

Hotel is really beautiful, you get the feel of staying in a Palace. My stay at the hotel was awesome, specially hotel staffs were really helpful, polite & always available to guide even for small things. Had opted for complimentary breakfast & no complains on the food, it was tasty. Thoroughly stayed our stay & highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a very comfortable stay at Kohinoor Palace. They have also upgraded my room to Super deluxe without any additional charge. The room was very neat and clean. The morning breakfast was perfect and the location of hotel is also very good. Staff was very cooperative. Will stay here again in future.

structurally property is very good, staff is very cooperative. Food quality is very poor, maintenance is also needs to be improved. cleanliness is an issue, linen quality also need to improve. The positive mindset of the staff is a highlight, very polite nice and cooperative staff.
