Well pros first-1) one of the best location in Kumbhalgarh, also only 2 kms from the fort, 2) very beautiful property, 3) cleanliness maintained, iv) beautiful lawn and a reasonableswimming pool. Now cons-1) except restaurant staff (very courteous and prompt) rest are laidback/not much bothered-picked up plates from outside room after 12 hours that too after 2-3 reminders, 3) pool table under maintenance, 4)TT table broken, 5) room had dampness and toilet seat cover broken-didnt change the room though all other rooms were empty-should not had given that room in first instance, 6) flies in restaurant and 7) limited food options/breakfast.

Rooms were great, views were great too. The management at the breakfast buffet can be improved. If you have a driver accompanying you, they do not have the greatest amenities for them. Great rooms, large bathrooms
