ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COURTEOUSNESS. This hotel is PERFECT in all ways. The reception staff are so friendly and served us always with a smile. Everyone in the hotel including the guys in the restaurant, bar-literally Everyone was always smiling and served us with high levels of customer service and courteousness. The hotel staff know the true meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is a true 3 Star hotel but as mentioned in *******-There is NO SWIMMING POOL. But rooms are clean, service is awesome, nice location. Bar and restaurant prices are comparatively apt as per the standard of the hotel Overall-I will stay ONLY in this hotel if at all I visit Gagad!!! NIce hotel with decent beds, good interiors, lovely staff in a good locality...

My accommodation in this hotel was quite comfortable and fantastic...hotel is good for a small family on a decent budget. The people in the hotel were courteous and prompt in attending to any inconveniences...The restaurant was good, they had a small bar, buffet breakfast was filling and the housekeeping was good. The room was quite spacious and comfortable...overall its a remarkable property and best fit for business people...!

Excellent property. Stay was absolutely fine. Hotel is completely value for money. I had my food and the food was marvelous. Service provided by the hotel is very nice. Location is easily accessible. Nice hospitality and very clean property.

Surprised!!!! Hotel is located in good location,Stayed in room 401.(Higher floor)Well maintained property rooms are clean &tidy.didnt tasted food just took a juice. Need bit agility in service part. Value for money..Good luck.

Hotel has Spacious rooms. Need more items in breakfast and renovations requires for rooms also. Staffs were very friendly. Food taste amazing. Swimming pool, gym and kid indoor play area is missing.

Normal hotel , but I found little late in delivering food to room, the one who takes order is don't know Kannada and he forgot what we order, we have to order twice
