I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was in a terrible state, far below even the most basic standards. The bed sheets were filthy, with stains that made me question if they were ever washed. The towel provided resembled a floor cleaning rag—thin, discolored, and completely unfit for use.The washroom was equally appalling: dirty, smelly, and lacking even basic essentials like soap or face wash. It felt as though no effort was made to clean or maintain it for guests.The reception person lacks professionalism and focus on their duties. Instead of handling their work efficiently, they were busy with personal tasks, completely ignoring the customers. Despite having booked my room an hour earlier, I had to wait for 1-2 hours to finally get my room. This level of service is highly disappointing.I left the room within 5 minutes of checking in, Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had.

Good location & amenities. Well maintained & recommend for short stays or quick business visits. No food is available but since the location is good , there are food options close by.

Very poorly managed property , no service . No menu no food no water no towel, very bad service will not recoomend to anybody

The lift was not properly working and there is no breakfast facility. Rooms are neat and clean.staffs are cooperative.
