the worst situation I have experience now. the hotel is totally opposite what is mentioned. there is lift. but not allowed to use. there is wifi but we can't use that. and while booking I have clearly mentioned that 3 adults. and the room was shown was accomodate for 5 people. but the room was given hardly we can manage 2 person

Terrible Experience. Some rooms had non-functional lights, others had TVs that didn’t work. If you book a non-AC room, you'll likely be forced to upgrade due to a foul smell around the lodge. Overall, the worst stay ever.

kg grand inn is at a location midway between rly station and bus stand which make it extremely location friendly.our stay in the hotel was very comforatable and service from the staff is excellent

kg grand inn provided us with a very good, new and quiet room in the 4th floor. toilet was clean and neat. they should have installed a bath shower—that was absent.

Not recommended no ceiling fan for non AC rooms and fan can't be turned arround in the room which is facing away from the bed no filling of water no tv service

The room was big enough for two people. The only concern is, If they had a ceiling fan instead of a table fan it would be nice during the summer season.
