My stay at the hotel was truly comfortable. The location is perfect — centrally situated with easy access to everything. The rooms were neat, clean, and offered a stunning view that made my stay even more special. The food was absolutely delicious — every meal was full of flavor. The staff was extremely cooperative, always smiling, and ready to help. The service was impressively fast and efficient. Although I had seen mixed reviews online, my personal experience was excellent. The staff's polite behavior and warm hospitality really stood out. I genuinely enjoyed their service and felt welcomed throughout my stay. This hotel offers all the amenities you'd expect from a 4-star property — including parking, a lift, a restaurant, and a central heating and cooling system that added to the comfort, especially during changing weather. My boyfriend and I stayed there for 3 nights during our short visit to Dharamsala while traveling around India. The hotel is well located walking distance to Dalai lama temple, market and main square. We booked a non-view room and room was spacious, equipped with hot/cold AC and with all necessary toiletries. The room also had water boiler and tea which was convenient. The view from the restaurant is great and restaurant staff is very friendly and we liked their Indian breakfast. Reception was cooperative when I booked the wrong date he agreed to let us stay the next day. The hotel was decent for this price. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel King Castle for future travelers who are considering to stay.

The hotel is at a perfect location and is best option for a weekend getaway. The view from the rooftop restaurant, rooms, and 5th floor cozy place has a mersmerizing view. Pros: - polite behavior - food quality 👌 - helped with early checkin -has dorms as well for bachelors - safe for family - WIFI is good - Has lift and parking - 200m walking from the mall road Cons: - couldn't find any Highly recommended. went for IPL match as well at the Dharamshala Stadium

Excellent Service and Hospitality Our stay was delightful! Special thanks to Sonia Ji, Naresh Ji, and Sudhir Ji for their exceptional assistance throughout. The food was amazing, and the staff’s hospitality stood out. We faced a minor issue with the landline in our room, but the staff swiftly resolved it by changing our room within seconds. Truly commendable service! Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

Value for money. Located in good location near Dalai Lama temple but have to go upwards 400 meter for temple from hotel which can be difficult for some old age people, but cabs are available to take you to Main square market in only 150/- per cab. Food quality is very good, had our dinner in hotel’s pure veg restaurant. Customer service was very good and welcoming. Definetly recommend to everyone.

i had a perfect stay at King castle. be it location. staff..food or comfort. i stayed in dormitory as i was traveling solo. beds were neat and clean.bathrooms were clean too. staff was really helpful. i even requested to give me extra hours to check out they helped with that too. complimentary breakfast was yummy and the view from restaurant was beautiful. u must stay thr without second thoughts.

It is a very nice hotel and the staff is very cooperative. nearby to mall road but requires cab to go there if with kids and family as steep mountain rise rest all is very very good all necessities available such as warm milk , food for kids ,safe place

Hotel is good....rooms are clean...and good mountain view from superior room balcony....near to dalai lama temple....but food is costly. You have better & cheaper food options available in main market....walk a steep way for main market....

I loved my stay. Virendra really went out of his way to make our stay perfect. The housekeeping staff is also wonderful. The restaurant serves yummy food and they made it non spicy for me. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended.
