We dint stay at the hotel at all. We reached the hotel at 11 in the night as our train had delayed. We tried reaching the hotel people over the call to inform we will be late but no one picked up. Also, when we reached we waited for 40 mins at mid night in front of the hotel banging the door for someone to open. But no opened. Horrible service

Decent new hotel to stay...I was given a room where it was landlocked between other rooms..No ventilation..Windows open only to have a view of their passage.. since the weather was moderate, so could survive without ventilation as their deluxe ac was per booked Disappointed as their bathroom’s exhaust is linked with other bathrooms/bedroom..

Food is good. Non Ac rooms could be bit tricky here. Luckily, we got one with window, otherwise it's invite for trouble. another good thing is it's close proximity with border , helped us walk through phuentsholing in night itself.

decent hotel with awesome services. but unfortunately I got a dirty bedsheet . after complaining the hotelier they changed it. but took time about 2 hours. that was the bad things I will say.
