Pros- Good looking hotel and new furniture. 3km from Nagaon beach. Cons- Very irresponsive, impolite and not ready to serve employees. When you ask them, they say "speak to the owner". Owner himself is not ready to serve. No restaurant facility- you have to literally get behind them to get a cup of tea. And when you ask for dinner, they reply in a very low morale tone "kuchh bana dega, ya aap dusre hotel me kha lo". Toiletries and bedsheets- unclean bedsheets were provided. A dirty Towel was provided after requesting them for 4 times. After that, they said,"come and get it from counter". At the end, i felt like i should get a wager for working in the hotel, i booked! To Sum Up- *Don't book this hotel, until you have another option available.

We choose the Deluxe AC room and the rooms were good. The cook was out of town hence we didn't get a chance to try the food. The caretaker was polite and helped us in hassle free check-in and check-out. They have a good parking space. The location was great as well since it was close to Alibaug and Nagaon. We had car with us so it was easy to travel to places around the location. The wifi was a bit weak in the room we stayed in. There was network outside the room but not inside. Also the speed of the wifi could be improve since there is less network for Jio and Airtel. Overall good place to stay. Would recommend it !

reception not received phone whenever we called And also owner was very sincere but staff was rude i call at reception for drinking water but no 1 received when i gone down what i see was staff was sleeped. now due to human it is normal that we tired, but when i try to waked up, they said "sab pareshan karte hai hum bhi insaan hai"

Its an average and not at all value for money.Pros:Good location near Akshi beachA/C workingCons:Not proper facility for hot waterThey burn dry wood pieces which causes lots of smokeTheir chimney was right in front of balcony which caused breathing problemThere were lots of mosquitoes and some cockroaches in room. The premises were clean. The Hotel is situated 15 mins walking distance from Akshi Beach. The room service phone was not working. No Hot water available, inspite of requesting several times, it was not made available. breakfast was of average taste & quality, but overpriced.

Rooms are big enough and clean , food ok service very poor, even u order food u have to tell in advance , order my breakfast @7:30 am it came at 9;30 not satisfied with the hotel and there is no restaurant in 1km radius

stay is great. food you can definitely avoid. nearby restaurant Anisha is good option Also carry your own towels. they don't have towels. rest price to quality is perfect. (I got deal at 1800).

Location is good, hotel is clean and spacious. Had booked AC room for 2+1child but due to power outage couldn't utililize much. felt little costly at 2995/- was worth 1900/- only

Overall good.big room and wash rooms. No DG in case of power failure.. suggest to install it to cottage owner. You can order food and they can make for you..
