Fabulous family run homestay , the rooms are clean and well kept, the food is excellent and delicious though quantities are limited and everything is chargeable .... The hosts Amit and Nikhil are great, very helpful and Amit kept in touch with us throughout our journey helping us find our way and explaining everything about the available food options etc. The beach is fairly exclusive a few feet away from this lovely homestay and one can spend many hours here gazing at the sea There is limited network, this homestay is a little on the inside so you cant easily find it.. I think it can be more reasonably priced but it was a great trip with friends overall and the family took good care of everyone so no complaints there

This was our first time to stay here but we didnt feel like one. Amit and supporting staff(swaroop ,shubham) got full marks for hospitality... Location of the property is right in front of beag which gives you the feeling of having private beach! They serve both beg n non veg authentic kokani food which is lip smacking...Amit will make sure that he is catering you qih all the varieties! All covid hygiene and protocols are followed. Go for it without any doubt!!

Very peaceful and pleasant place. it's right on the beach. not much crowded. feels like u r on a private beach home. Food is good . Property owner makes u feel at home. just be there, relax and connect to nature. water sports available at walkable distance. At the end, we wished if we could extend our stay by a day or two.

All are very good.. Nice place for relaxation..its like our hime... Staff also helpful.. Food test excellent..but 2things need to improve... Blanket on bed and television in room... Otherwise awesome for natural living.. 😊😊😊

stay was good. hosts took good care of our requirements and comfort. food was good. room, toilet were clean. property is also beautiful. beach was not crowded. if you plan to drink and smoke then bring your own.

The stay was good. Location was ok, but it was not proper on GPS. Dinner that we took was good. Security wise also it was safe to stay. Staff was fine and very helpful. Overall 4/5 for the entire stay.

The stay at Konkantrip beach was full of solitude and peace. The home-made food was appetising.. It was truly a charismatic experience. But need internet access and TV in the room
