It was really a very pleasant stay at kottram hotel. The rooms are clean. staff very polite and food excellent. plenty of parking space although the approach road little congested.

Rooms were below par. A/C was not at all cooling even after complaining in both our rooms. the staff didnot allow me to use the lift and demanded me to use the stair.
