I had an exceptional stay at this 5-star hotel. The luxurious room was impeccably clean and comfortable, offering breathtaking views. The staff's professionalism and courtesy exceeded expectations, making me feel pampered throughout my visit. Dining options were superb, and the spa was a true oasis of relaxation. An unforgettable experience, I can't wait to return! The location is awesome, Out from the city traffic and kiosk.

service were very bad, half food are not served in room , and the one served like the ice cream was months old full of ice and ice deposited on it, they are very rude and hear no one and they don't care at all of customer experience

location is little outside city. club is decent, clean and neat. lack of staff, breakfast is not worth. no one to attend luggage at check in and check out. recommend for business travellers, but opt to stay without breakfast…

Very good property for Stay. It is not less than a 5 star property with all the good amenities . The location of the Property is in premium locality. Away from the city traffic and kiosk.

The availability of travel is an issue. It's far from station. In terms of hygiene they need to improve. Spoon was dirty and toilet was dirty. The food is good and staff is good.

it seemed overpriced. majority of the amenities like gym, library, billiards, rooftop restaurantwere all closed. rooms seemed bit conjusted and didn't have iron or hair blower.

dont book this hotel unless you are with friends, the reception was not much cooperative, proffessional-less staff, too much price for foods, totally it is only a club.

Good 1. Rooms are spacious 2. Swimming pool is clean and big Bad 1. Staff was very rude. We can not use other club facilities except swimming pool. 2. No breakfast

wi-fi not working ceiling fan noise very high light flickering lights lads, flickering wifi not working the ceiling fan is making a lot of noise.
