There were confusions right from entry to hotel.... booked for a deluxe room for myself n my wife. They initially were reluctant in providing queens bed instead offered two single beds. Person at reception was non cooperative regarding this. After having direct discussion with gobibo finally I got the required bed. Another point is about kitchen....service was impolite when ordered for a coffee around 9 pm. While checking in we were confirmed of complementary breakfast...but next day morning we were denied and made us to pay for the same. Hence totally unprofessional

It has been two hours since we checked in and yet the hotel has been unable to resolve a simple issue of key card not working. We have been standing outside room for over 20 minutes despite informing them and yet no one has showed up. Such kind of service is completely unacceptable.

worst room service and with great attitude management who don't care for guests. I have been to this hotel for since 8 yrs but since last month I was facing some room service issues which I complained due to which management banned me from Hotel for ever and in dirty way it was told to me by front desk manager a lady who is the worst staff of hotel, she thinks she is the owner of hotel - freinds never book this hotel

One of the best hotels in Mumbai that I have stayed so far. Rooms are BIG for mumbai standards. Clean and neat hotel. I would like to bring to the notice of the management that the sheets and pillow cases need to replaced with new ones. I had earlier read a review before I booked this hotel that couple of people earlier also had the same experience. The sheet and pillow covers had holes in it. My bed sheet had brown patches on it. Too worst too pethetic too painfull stay was there too smelly room worst quality mattress worst quality wuilt and bed also worst quality of food was good but behave of service staff was too too too petetic and worst I will never suggest to any body fir stay here ...

Good location... We got upgrade to executive room which was pleasant surprise... Quick check in...large room and clean beds... Washbasin was blocked but resolved promptly upin complaints... Lateron realised bathroom also blocked which didnt solve. Room looked age old...need renovation...curtains very stained... Overall good staff but i feel overpriced room terrif based on cleanliness, room authentics...would recommend for transit or short business trip due to proximity to places

Excellent location and prompt service when called. But cleanliness of bed linen, washroom is still not at par with tariff. This is our second time at hotel and like first time we had to ask for clean linen, towels. They had multiple stains. Replacement was quick byt i expect these things to improve a lot. We were upgraded to higher category as compliment and found front desk cooperative. Location is central at grant road. We didn't try restaurants at hotel.

Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. I loved the aesthetics of it as I did the aesthetics of the entire hotel. There are antiquities and modern paintings that blend together in a beautiful way. The hotel has history that goes back for decades, many celebrities did and still do choose this hotel while visiting Mumbai. Even if you don't plan to stay I would recommend planning a visit

stay is so relaxing staff is cooperating and friendly, they changed my room for small complain, no toiletries so be prepared for that, TV channels need to be improved, boring, all together value for money in this location as no such property available around here
