we booked premium ac room but they were giving delux non ac...room was not cleaned we'll ...not even giving a blanket , towel , tv remote was not working ...smoke smell were came from nxt room ..they allegedly telling to cancel the booking.

The Stay was ok . The property is located in an easily accessible area i.e walkable distance from gandhipuram bus stand. Parking space is not available. Staff were polite. Rooms were moderate. Bathroom was not at all clean

no bedsheets,no towel, no basic needs… no water for drinking, no water heater, a/c is not cooling and no space for parking.bed is ok,wifi available 5g is good.otherwise waste… don’t choose this krr grand inn…

nice stay spacious room It's easy to access everything. near the bus stand. well maintained 🛏️ and Air-conditioned I was staying at 312 and the window was broken only the issue was facing

The room was good, neat and clean but not spacious. The washroom was average. Restaurants and transportation available nearby. So this hotel will be a choice for everyone.

the stay was decent. booked premium deluxe ac room but the ac didn’t work at all. had to chase out 4-5 cockroaches. the staffs were hospitable! overall, decent experience
