It Was Bad, Everytime We Need To Go The Lobby To Get Us Room Service i mean Seriously one of the Two Rooms We Have Only Had Landline (which We Thought We Would Be Using To Call Up Room Service) But It Was Dead , Afterwards We Asked The Room Service Guy How We'll Call Room Service If Needed He Told Us That There's A button on The Switch Board Which You Can Press That'll Notify On The Reception ! But Our Bad How Many Times We Press It We Have To Go Downstairs To Call Them! Terrible Isn't It One More Thing The Hotel Staff Asked Us After Two Days That Are We Gonna Stay Three Days More Asking Suprisingly We Said Yes We Have Booked The Rooms For 5 Days &12 Hours , He Told Us That Barely Anyone Stays Here No Longer Than 2 Days!😅 I Mean Seriously !! Overall Hotel Is Good! Limited Parking Space Is There! Hot Water Only Comes 6AM-9AM Overall Experience Is Satisfactory..

worst hotel .... poor service... pictures show are very different then the actual place. We had booked the hotel for 2 night and 3 days.... but by seeing the condition of the hotel we had to cancel the booking within 1 night....no hot water facility.... broken toilet seat... only one charging plug that to very high..... overall i will suggest don't go for this hotel

Booking experience is perfect, gatting in touch with customers by GOIBIBO is applicable. About the property we booked, one of the worst experiences, I had. Toilet is below the mark, flusher is worst maintained, roo nuch water leakage. First of all water availability at flusher was not available. After many follow ups they filled the water.

stay was good.. overall quite satisfied with the service and hospitality... food awesome both veg and non veg. loved the way of creating a hotel cum resort which has attached water park swimming pool and other facilities as well. . would love to visit again if get a chance in future

Very BAD EXPIRENCE ever... No towel, no soap, TV was not working properly..... In one room drunken guest was singing loudly in room at night till 2 am, disturb all other guest in hotel.... Wont recomend this hotel to anybody...

One of worst hotel in Ganpatipule, it's in outskirts of city, unhygienic rooms and non-polite staff. Original rooms are differ than pics. Low standard hotel, not good for family/couples . -1 rating but no option

There is not clean rooms and basic amenities. Ceiling fan is small size. Hot water is provided at morning only. Room height is not sufficient. Worst Hotel experience ever.

There is a beer bar below hotel when u enter the hotel all u smell is Alcohol. Not expected it. Rooms are prety bad too. Looks like so me very cheap
