I had stayed at this place( KSD residency)with my family for 2 days.The greatest benefit is it's favourable location which is distance of few metres ( walkable ) from Rameshwaram temple premises..This will help for very early morning darshan ( Mani darshan ) which is before sunrise .The room was clean, hygienic and spacious with basic amenities like AC, T.V, geyser etc..The reception was very helpful and supportive particularly Mr Subramanium who took care to ensure excellent services with warm hospitability. They provided basic guidance about the place , travelling facilities available etc ....Excellent veg food is available near temple premises (particularly hotel Guru ) which my son liked very much ....overall an excellent memorable experience .

pathetic experience.this cannot be called a Hotel and just a Room in a building. for very basic amenities we need to ask them to avail it .Given below points .1.Washroom doesn't have even exhaust fan .2.There is no Ventilation in rooms 3.switches are not working even plug points were given power when we complaint 4.caretaker is not available everytime5.caretaker don't understand any language except Tamil really difficult to communicate anything with him.6. we have booked Room for 3 adults and 1 child the Room given to us was queen size after the beds there was no space for 2 people to move.7. there were no wardrobe in room.

Stayed with mother & brother in double room. Has provided extra bed. Room size was just ok. There was no car parking in this hotel, public parking mainly for Rameshwaram temple devotees is there in walkable distance and has to pay Rs.20 for 24hours car parking, hotel has refunded the parking charge. Staff courtesy especially from Mr. Subramaniyam is appreciated, unlimited mineral water is available at free of cost. Rameshwaram temple is just walkable distance from the hotel.Recommend for those who're looking for a budget friendly minimum standard hotel

No sufficient space in the room, bathroom is not good, Hot water was not available, less space to use the toilet. It was very difficult to use the toilet because of this space issue.. Leakage from all taps. No separate vehicle parking area, we have to use a 100 meter far temple parking area. Walkable distance to the Temple. Water bottle provided The bed was spacious but most of the room was occupied by these two beds, so less space to move inside the room.

Very near to Temple and we can visit temple by 10 min walking. very neat and clean rooms with good ambience . Any time hot water with chilled AC. Reasonable price and very nice location to stay here. Most important thing Subramanyam Ji , the owner of the property is very polite , well behaved and courteous towards us. I just feel like a familiar environment with him. Definitely, I would like to stay here only if I ll come Here. Thank You KSD Residency.

i must say they provided us with the best service... but still the bathroom and room was not upto to expectation. still if you are looking for a urgent room during season time... this hotel is a good option.they were nice and their treatment towards us was also expectational.

Location is very good. Near to East & North Gate facing of temple. Mr Mani ( Owner son) is helpful in all aspects. Need to add few basic amenities in the residency with improvement in existing one. Overall experience is good. Thank you KSD RESIDENCY & GOIBIBO.

water heater 24 hours, car parking is nearby, and is very near to temple at walking distance. Manager is very helpful and supportive. Room and bathroom was clean and justify the pricing. Good service and staffs also give guidance.

The hotel is situated at a very convenient place and near the Rameshvaram temple. The staffs are cooperative and polite. Our AC was not working and without any hesitation they changed our room. Good hotel at economy rate.
