The location of the hotel, the ambience inside, the cleanliness of the rooms, the staff behaviour and the quality of food and room services were great. Which makes it a five star experience. I just deducted one star as language was a problem. Now I do concur to the point that being a Karnataka hotel the main medium of conversation should be Kannada, but as they are serving a pan Indian clientele - It would be helpful if most of the staff speak either Hindi or English, 50% of them do speak so, for the rest we have to use hand gestures 🙂

Spacious and clean hotel. Very nice and quiet. All the amenities worked. AC & 24/7 hot water is always appreciated. Helpful & responsive staff. The hotel has a restaurant which serves good meals. Had our dinners on both nights we were there. Balcony is a good place to have your morning tea. Location is good too...you can hear peacocks in the morning. Away from the main Belur temple & market area but not too far to make it a pain. The dam is right opposite the road and theres also a water sports center nearby.

Ambiance of the stay was really good and clean. Rooms were well maintained and specious. They have limited options for food but food is good. We had non veg dinner and it was tasty food. It was s peaceful stay and i loved the ambiance. only draw back is that they don't have power back up. During our stay power went of for some time but it came back up. Ambiance and peaceful environment.

very calm place to stay with all greenery and just opposite to yagachi dam but we visited during August and there is no water in the dam, restaurant is attached to the stay and food is good. parking spaces are available inside the gate. only thing is won't get hot water for bath that they need to improve. overall a good experience😊

Very good stay at the property. Very Big property. First stay at KSTDC property. Road touch property. Just opposite was the Yagachi Dam and water sport event. Chennakesava temple was nearby and we could visit. Overall a very good stay and property. Little maintenance is required outside the property.

I felt the accommodation is good and value for money, maintained good. The restaurant is available on premise but the waiting time is more to get the food ready. But they have a decent menu.

Good place, rooms are a little damn. But it's a huge property and decently well maintained. a little bit of maintenance and this will easily be the best place around. Supportive staff

Had a good stay here. Bed should have been of king size for couple travelling with their baby. Location is bit outskirt. Proper rain protection covers to be provided over walkways.
