Kulswamini Resort

It's neither a resort nor a hotel, Actually in Malwan(Tarkarli), the locals build their houses in such a way that they can rent on a daily basis. This is one among them. Owner's behaviour is quite neutral, he won't call even if you don't arrive(visit) after booking(I had paid for the rooms in advance and could show up 8 hours late, he didn't bother to call, and even his number was unreachable thought the time) , They have ample open parking, you can bbq if you are fond of it. They cook food for themselves, so if inform them in advance they can cook the homely food for you as well at reasonable price. Rooms are okay, old Construction but manageable. You need to ask them for everything like soap, shampoo or water. They are not proactive. Overall it's an okay deal considering it to be in Malwan.

the owner had promised us that he will adjust the check out time for us as we reached at 1.am but next day we reached the beach and came at 12 he had already shifted our bags to another room.he had told us to be at 12 but when asked about adjusting the check out time he said no adjustment.no water was there when we woke up

The location was a little bit difficult to reach as it was on the outskirts of the city. Food that I tried was good. Security wise also it was ok. No swimming pool and garden area available. Also, the room was ok to stay.

Had a good experience. Staff is very cooperative . Location is good with car parking facility. Booked for 4 adults but the room can accommodate 6 persons easily, with 3persons in each bed. Bed size is big enough.
