This hotel is located bang on highway so location wise it's good. It's calm and peaceful.When I checkedin in the night, I really liked the room as well. No complaints till then. Come morning, issue started - no hot water. They told geyser has issues so they will provide me after 10 mins. I didn't have time so i asked them for bucket as i had electric rod and could have got the hot water myself.But they didn't send quickly anyone. After reminding again, they brought broken bucket that too after repeated calls. After waiting for around 1 hr or so, I had then no choice but to bath with cold water and leave especially when i was having cold. Service seems to be poor with the price that they charge 3000 plus which is not acceptable. Also the price of the food is too expensive and also not that tasty. Either you improve your service or don't charge so high cost. I don't think they pay much attention to service considering some negative comments that i see here from service perspective. Well choice is theirs. I would suggest to look for other options if you can. If no other option, then can go with this one but be ready for poor service. Don't expect much. Breakfast i didn't try so can't comment.

very clean and modern rooms and interiors, staff is extremely courteous, spacious car parking, swimming pool/attached restaurant. awesome stay while visiting badami for reasonable price where breakfast was included. the only downside is that the restaurant is a bit costly though the food was great. overall a memorable experience for family. we even forgot to pick our luggage; the staff was kind enough to call us and let us know before we had gone too far. overall experience worth more than what we paid. it is way better than similar or costlier options we had in hampi. so if you are visiting badami/aihole/pattadakkal from south of hampi, it is an awesome in between place.

Hotel is at very good location, very kind and cordial staff, rooms were clean & hygiene, very simple process of check in and check out., Bar, Gym and swimming pool not yet opened, only problem with the hotel is about their food, they need to add some more salt and spices to food. Kindly put some benches at outside (garden area) so that we can roam and take some fresh air sitting over there, overall it's a great experience and 100% value for our money. Definitely prefer this hotel if I got a chance to visit again.

Staff not so cooperative , the room had stale smell asked for room fresher it never came , it had handkerchief left by previous guest was also not cleaned , lot of dirtiness due to birds, also didn't get the type of room we booked with balcony , instead we're given a studio with no ventilation across. Morning there was no breakfast almost all items got over and even after long wait times were not refilled , super bad experience overall , we would recommend you to pick another hotel in case you want to relax
