Very rude staff. We reached on 20th October 5 pm IST. The room wasn't ready. They told me that I should have confirmed my stay by calling them a day before. I told them that why do I need to call when I have a confirmed booking. After that , they gave us a hut and we got into that, only to realize that it did not have a key to lock. Then we were shifted to another hut. They did not have direct power supply and was completely running on generator. The generator got stopped at 4:45 am in the morning. Woke them up after 40 mins and they told Diesel was over. We had to stay without power supply for an hr in that heat. Then they made us vacate the room at 10 am saying that it is their checkout time, Overall a very unpleasant stay. I could not take any remarkable photograph as the frontside was completely dark due to generator supply not covering that part.

Apart from few staff members nothing was good. had to follow up for few issues faced during stay multiple times. food was not even average. it was not clean and neat.
