La Serene Boutique Hotel - Manyata Tech Park

This hotel is situated at Manyata Tech Park, Hebbal region, Bengaluru. I have started there for a night. The rooms are a little small but overall more or less neat and clean and with all the basic amenities available with that. The bed was comfortable along with the charge points. There was an issue with the AC which was addressed by the house keeping and made to be more or less usable. The washroom design calls for a lot of improvements, the area is very small, not well lit and the door might hit the person if not being careful with that. The washroom basin jet was also very inconsistent and may unexpectedly splash into one. I had a late check out and had to order for my dinner immediately and the food order was served wrong and was very salty as well. The same can be improved with a good listening skill by the restaurant. Although the same was adjusted in the bill by the receptionist who was very cordial and professional. The breakfast buffet option is also very poor, they hardly have 2 or 3 varieties that too in small quantities. The overall experience was average and doesn't justify the tariff charged for. The property looks good both from the inside and outside with a very well decorated reception. The main USP for this is its sound location. But, they need to improve upon the overall customer service.

Manager is Rude. When I stayed there was group of school kids were also there .Who was making noise whole night. Could not sleep . I paid for Signature room. Manager allocated Elite room. When highlighted this , Manager was arrogant on this and kept on arguing. Manager asked to vacate room at 11 am. I wanted some more time so requested Manager ans she asked me to pay Rs. Which I paid her. They have separate room inside for group dining. Most of the dining place have separate rooms for dining for such meetings with no additional cost. Location is convenient if you have work in

rooms are good and spacious. but bed sheets and towels are not upto the mark. there is no breakfast buffet even if you pay for it. you have to choose between limited south indian options which you can't repeat. as they procure it from outside nearby hotel. if you don't relish south indian cuisine then i am sorry for you. the only option is swiggy or zomato. the staff is courteous and respectful. even if you are staying for a long time, you have to renew your keys daily. rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.

what i didn't like 1- shower is sprinkling partially, had to bath with bucket and mug 2- wifi is not hi-speed 3- didn't provide the boiling jug the first day, got it on 2nd day after room service request but the beak part is not cleaned properly 4- didn't provide a chair on first day what i liked 1- food is very nice 2- it's a smart TV 3- they gave me early check-in upon request 4- overall room is nice
