Lago Villa | Rooms & Chef

We had the best time of our life when we were in Bhopal recently. A large part of the credit to this should go to Lago Villa. We had a very pleasant stay there. The rooms were swanky clean with all needed facilities. The view of the Lake was so nice that one could stare at the sight for hours. We would sit there in the verandah staring at the waters and consume tasty snacks from the kitchen. I was very happy with the service and since my throat was sore, the staff at Lago Villa kept me supplied with warm water whenever I needed. The owner and family are gracious hosts and gave me a very good idea and leads when asked about sight seeing places in Bhopal. The location is central and so all commuting was easy.Since I am from Karnataka and we have a very large number of Home stays here. I thought the Home stay concept in a city up North like Bhopal may not work but I was mistaken! I look forward to another holiday at Lago Villa.

amazing place in the heart of Bhopal with serene and clean atmosphere! Rishi and his family make you feel at home as you munch some of the tastiest food prepared by the staff amidst adorable dogs and boats in the lake. Early morning, birds chirping is what wakes you up and late evening, you can silently watch the great lake coming alive with the glitz and blitz of the city with some col breeze singing occassionally. a truly great place to stay in one of the most charming places in our country. Have stayed there twice and each time have felt a little rejuvenated by super hospitality of Rishi and family. do give it a try if you are looking at some unique and memorable stay with family.

The property is a huge expansive bungalow with a very jovial and friendly owner - Rishi Khattar - who is a most welcoming and graceful gentleman and host. A very serene and nature blessed locality as well as the abode too - a great stay - better to choose a warm ambience of a cozy house where you feel you are in your own city than a boring hotel room. Place seems as majestic as Amitabh Bachchan's home at Bombay Bandstand - you can see the whole lake below from the back porch (actual pic).

beautiful and nicely maintained property at the most beautiful. location of Bhopal. it is right at Upper Lake, the most popular tourist destination of Bhopal yet very peaceful place. Host Mr Rishi Is a very helping, polite and pleasant personality. the property has a kitchen which you can use. The owner Mr Rishi? happily agreed to allow us early check in at 8 am. I would recommend this property if you are travelling with your family and want to have a leisure time.
