Hotel Lal Sai Residency

Hotel was moldy , had no extra space for a mattress. They should not have offered to let 3people stay in that room . They immediately asked if we would like to upgrade to deluxe by paying extra 500 per day total 1000. We didn't like the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was better in the standard No mineral water given as mentioned in the inclusion. Even tried to charge us 30 rupees for bottled water, which we sent back, even after that they kept asking if we would like to settle that bill several times while checking out. the staff were friendly in a way. they seemed to be anticipating customer to argue with them. Did not want to argue with the staff as we still had to stay and had to leave our luggage there , they didn't seem like they were accountable to a corporate office. this is run by a trust and not really meant for tourists. no WiFi . Even though they gave password the server never connected. The TV to setup box hdmi cable was damaged ,so no working TV. it seems it was in that state for a while . Even the cupboards did not open all the way because of the small size of the room was not even able to put our bags inside. My finger got jammed inside the cupboards when I try to close the door. they seem to be already expecting the visitors to get mad at them . there was no point in arguing with them. it's not like they can do anything about it . there seems to be a lack of accountability from the management.

Itna bekar hotel. smell itna krta hai ki sir dird ho jaaye vomiting krne ka mnn kr jata hai.hotel nhi h baise mandir ki dharamshala hai jisko. itna bekar hai k koi galti se jaha na jaye apni family k sath. na khana acha na sfai hai galti hmse ho gyi jo hmne phle hi book kr liya tha. na paani tha wanha pr.family ke sath rhne k liye bilkul b acha ni hai seelan itni jayda thi k pure room mai pani pani ho jata tha really bhut bekar room tha. jaise book krne se pehle dikhaya jata hai waise bilkul nhi. 1% bhi nhi hai

The services and he facilities provided were average. During my stay they have shifted me to another room for pest control and the room from where I have shifted the room was closed for 24 hours. After that the did not gave me the same room, rather they have shifted me another room which was smaller than the first room. The next day I had to fight with the staff to give a bigger room and after that they have given me a bigger room. Overall I had a satisfactory stay here.

Rooms are full of dust smell room phone won't work... rude behaviour when asked for breakfast other than what is served free ( first we will supply to all rooms what ever we have and then we will prepare your breakfast (puri-bhaji) till then you have wait ..this they tell me when I ask at 840am... unsusrf room for long time...dust smell... Breakfast should not be included in the package on website
