The hotel is poorly maintained. It is understaffed so ordering food to everything else takes time. The room had dirty bedsheets, bathroom taps were leaking and room was smelly. We had to change the room which was done with some reluctance. The only good thing was that the food tasted really great. We ordered chicken curry and it was well prepared.

Hotel staff has given me a small room.Because in one room AC was not working, another room TV has working. So after full payment I have no any other options that why i have taken a standard room.

Receptionist's behaviour is not customers friendly... food service is very poor process delayed ... service staff less .. they can not supply extra blanket... only room quality is better .
