I had a horrible 2 nights stay here with my old parents. No room heater given in the room. After complaining, they gave a portable air heater which was not working. Complaining further, they said that the fan is not working but it will heat. Later, electricity was down the entire night but was available at reception and other rooms. When I pointed out, I was informed that construction work has disrupted the electricity in the room and we need to shift to another room, which we did. Again electricity was down in this room. In short, very greedy, irresponsible and careless management who do not care at all about guests. Stay away from this trap and swindlers.

Worst experience ever. The booking was done for 4 bed (2 couple). When we reached there, they provided us with 3 bed, saying that was the booking. Also the meal was included in the booking (breakfast +dinner), but we were not provided that, they said it’s not included and this didn’t have us the food. No network at all at the place.

Location is Good - Opposite to Petrol Pump but since it is little inside Tempo traveller had to struggle since there were vehicles parked on the road. Staff - 8/10 Food was arranged in Night and it was good. But they dont serve food during day. Rooms have enough space. Washroom - 8/10 Cleaniness - 8/10

definitely value for the money... Good service.. no issues.. they should mention the location/address properly as they are located at very convenient place very close to 2 prime landmarks of Badrinath like IOCL's petrol pump and ISBT Bus stand..

Prize wise hotel is goodclean..rooms are small.. but okayhot water avilable from main road a small gali will take you to hotel...Location on Google is wrong..if you are looking for a clean budget stay.. this will be good deal

No dressing mirror in room, power cut off frequently Rest food quality is good but price is way too high Hotel location is very good as it's just 1 km from temple & 0.5 km from petrol pump, 0.8 km from bus stand

Fully satisfied with this hotel. Highly recommend. Close enough to temple, via shortcut. Near by petrol pump is also there. Staff are polite and service is excellent. Driver room facility is also available.

Geyser was available, place was expensive and staff was helpful.
