Horrible stay. Worst hotel. Dirty bed linens, stained headboards, moulds on the wall, stained walls, broken mirrors, dirty furniture. There were cockroaches in the room, the service was poor, pillow covers were extremely dirty even after changing the linens.

It was a good experience but little improvement is required in Service Staff was good...they needed to work on their intercom services as it was not working ,so I had to place the order through my cell phone ..

Bed sheet and matters were not clean. For up-gradation of Executive room to queen/king room they have charged extra over, however. If you are two, book queen or king room only. Don't go for executive room.

Booked queen room and the size of the room was smaller but room was neat and cleam. Good outside view. Food quality and quantity was not good for that one star less. Hotel Staff was co-operative.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Currently it is in quite bad condition. There was dust and dirt everywhere. The staff is not professional either.
