If possible i would have given a straight zero. You reach the hotel and they say we will not serve food. You see the cold drinks lying around which they do not want to sell. The hotel is rented out to HUL employees and hence they do not care for any other guests as majority hotel is leased to hul employees. One of the more horrible experiences. Make sure never to book the property or else you will end up with bad service with no heater no geyser no hot water at - 2c temp. Better properties available. Even the blanket was so cheap... Yuck...
