Absolutely Recommended. Early & quick check-in. Quickest room service and promptness at the reception. Humble and helpful staff. Good food. Nothing to complain. Rooms were spacious & well furnished with heater, electric beds, geysor & everything else reqd for a pleasant stay even in extreme temperatures. Location is good too. Its on Jakhoo temple road above christ church & the ridge. It just has 2 steep slopes to ascend & descend if you wanna go down to mall road & lakkar bazaar as vehicles arent allowed on mall road. So very elderly cant be staying here. Hotel white & diplomat can be decent options in that case. & trust me if you keep your windows closed the monkeys dont disturb you. Its an absolute treat!!! Will surely visit again. 1) Amenities 2) Staff behaviour & promptness 3) food quantity & taste. 4) Location

I am writing this review from the room itself. We booked the premium room with mesmerizing views of Shimla. It is definitely worth the money. Our stay is very comfortable and the hospitality meets the expectations. There is peace and tranquility here even though it is only 10min walk from the busy Mall Road. Important Note: Please call the hotel in advance to get directions as the one shown on google map is incorrect. The path shown on google map is through a sealed road with Rs.3000 fine. The police personnel were helpful and good people, they guided us and did not charge any fine. We had to go through slightly longer detour to get to the hotel.

The Hotel is near to church. The rooms are big and spacious. Food quality was also very good from there restaurant. The service quality is great. We really enjoyed our stay as church is just 5 min from the hotel. The only problem is if you come by car or taxi you need to take the long root as vehicle not allowed through mall road. But it hardly takes 10-12 min. The also have own parking so not a problem if you get your own car. I would love to stay there again. we really enjoyed our stay. Big room and great facilities. 👌🏼

It was a great stay, special thank to unit manager Sudesh Sharma. Pros: Quick service location ( little uphill but near Ridge and mall road) Well behaved and friendly staffs Nice view from windows Electric blanket, electric cattle and tea, coffee, milk packets with no charge Cons: location may be for few people as it is uphill while going. But ok for youngs.

I am not sure why it has only 3 star rating. We stayed here for 2 days and i must say this is one of the best hotel I have ever visited so far. Clean rooms, best food, and the service was really really nice. Most important all the hotel staffs were so cooperative and helpful. I would love to stay here if I visit Shimla again.

Awesome hotel. Near to ridge mall road (walking distance). We are really thankful to hotelier for providing early checkin free of cost. Food is awesome also big parking space is available in hotel. Premium Room which we booked was very spacious with Room heater and electric bed warmer. View from window is really awesome.

It was the perfect size and space for what I needed. Very clean and comfortable. I originally booked a single, but was upgraded to a double. I think it would have definitely on the small side if I were sharing that space it another person, though. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating.
