Rooms were average. Standard rooms are not recommended as amenities are less for eg CRT TV. Deluxe room are decent. Room Service is poor and needs improvement. No mineral water served and is charged. Lift also not working for the 4 days of my stay. Rooms were clean but upkeep needs improvement. The only best thing is food service was excellent, food quality is nice and prompt. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Inconvenience faced with my elderly parents with elevator not working.

the hotel is average overall. the room was decently clean, though it could use some updating. staff were polite but not particularly proactive or engaging. amenities were basic, and a few things like wi-fi and air conditioning didn’t work consistently. location is convenient, but the ambiance and service didn't quite meet expectations for the price. fine for a short stay, but there's room for improvement.

Stay was very unhappy because their housekeeping staff are unprofessional.I had booked a month before. For extra bad, mosquito coil and water provide me after argument at reception. They need improvement in the housekeeping side. Food quality is awesome. Hope next visit will be better.

the hotel was well situated and the staff were friendly.The food was average and they were helpful coz we were travelling with a 2 years old kid. All in all it was a good hotel with mediocre amenities. Great staffs and good food. Do prefer shree travels for site seeing.

Maintenance works were going on..lift was non functioning...hotel surroundings , specially on the way to backside parking area was too dirty..Staffs were good..rooms are ok for oneday working stay.. overall experience was good.

I am very disappointed about my stay here. lift is not working, there is no Tele vision in the room no any cuton on window, I paid but it's not worth wasting of money stay here. i requested for cancellation of its approved
