positives first: - dhapoli is a great place to relax . lemon tree hotel is located on a hill, superb location and great views . - rooms with sea view are a great option- ⁠staff members are courteous negatives - room that i bought was very small and stinking so i upgraded my self to a king size suite villa by paying extra cost . - room size of the suite is good . it had a sea view balcony . toilet is very small with very very basic amenities - ⁠biggest problem is there is no mobile signal and hotel wi-fi is has poor connectivity - ⁠there was no water in the bathrooms due to supply disruption - ⁠property is constructed well but maintainance is below average - ⁠restaurant serves just few dishes between 4 to 7 pm and that’s when most of the travellers reach the hotel . avg travel time from mumbai is 6-7 hrs - ⁠restaurant is not clean and limited food served. live counter is very slow ,average waiting time is 30 min for live counter order. hotel is not value for money

The hotel location is good but the management of this hotel is not good at all, if you are a hygiene lover please stay away from this hotel. The staff dont know about the hygiene, also the rooms are too smelly and staff gives the reason of rainy season which i dont agree as i lived in multiple hotels near beach areas in rainy season. .... If you order something to eat they will take more than a hour, it's pathetic in terms of that. If you give feedback then the same is not taken positively. .... I have lived in multiple lemon tree hotels but it's the worst of all of them. .... If you still want to come and want to live here, book a normal room dont go for executive suites, as they are not well maintained and ask for washed beddings. ... In dinner pls dont eat sweets as these seems to be old and can cause food poisoning. It happened with me. Wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed in sea view executive suite. view from balcony was good.Rooms were clean and the staff was good.Rooms are small in size though.facilities were not maintained at all. Even kids play area was not maintained,some broken and all very dirty with spider webs.The gym was having bad smell,totally unmaintained,the lounge had nothing.only functional is the rooms,swimming pool and the restaurant. In swimming pool they didn't have any tube for kids as well.Totally disappointed with the high price we paid for the stay.

Nice ambience but location-wise not great. Room was big enough but not that well maintained. Many rooms had leakage issues. Water dripping in rooms and toilets. Food in the restaurant was just ok, definitely not ti the standard of Lemon Tree 😌 Definitely needs improvement in many areas.
