    DEAR SIR SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AS THERE WAS SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE IN THE AC DUCK WERE THE RATS HAS MESSED UP FOR CLEANING THE DUCT TECHNICIANS WERE ON THE WAY AND SUCH KIND OF ISSUES TAKE AT LEAST TWO DAYS TO CLEAR ALSO WE HAD SOME FLOOR UNDER RENOVATION WE WOULD HAVE PROVIDE ANOTHER ROOM WE APOLOGIES AGAIN FOR THE SAME AND ASSURE YOU ON YOUR NEXT ARRIVAL WE WILL TAKE THE FIVE STAR RATING

    DEAR SIR ITS WAS NOT LOW OCCUPANCY THE KITCHEN STAFF HAS MET IN ACCIDENT AND THE SECOND CHEF WAS DELAYED DUE TO TARIFF REASONS AS PER HIM THEREFORE THE BREAKFAST WAS SERVED IN THE ROOM WE APOLOGIES FOR THE INCONVENIENCE ALSO ASSURE YOU THIS WILL NOT TAKE PART AGAIN AND WILL TAKE FIVE RATINGS FROM YOU......
