Worst experience ever. **** Room and toilet were in pathetic condition. Service was unexpectedly poor. Service boy asked to keep window closed or else mosquitoes will enter. Room was stinking and full of lizards n cockroaches. Washroom never seen such a bad condition. The experience reminded me of some horror movies where we see a very old man at the reception, a handicapped young boy as serviceboy and dark patches in the walls. No proper sitting arrangement. Very bad mattresses. We could not stay there for more than an hour. Never ever book room in this hotel. Hopeless.
